Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member! In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, stocking products, and providing exceptional customer service. Your contribution to keeping our store organized and customer-friendly is essential to our success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves.
• Assist customers with their shopping, collaborate with team members, and report to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, follow cash policies, and adhere to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register.
• Capable of using store equipment and interpreting company policies.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
