Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is clean, well-stocked, and providing exceptional customer support. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
