Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the company's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Assist customers with purchases and provide outstanding service.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash register efficiently and follow cash handling procedures.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
