Position: Store Team Member
Company: ALDI
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Hours: 32-40 hours per week

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, clean, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stock merchandise and lift up to 45 pounds
• Requirement to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and carry items

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
