Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating with the ALDI team to create a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and support fellow team members.
• Communicate effectively with store management and provide feedback on store operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
