Job Description
Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of in-store tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
- Assist in inventory management and uphold cash policies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide courteous customer service
- Efficient cash register operation
- Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
