Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Enhance the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales
