Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will ensure a top-notch customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Assist customers and collaborate effectively with team members
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, conduct store inventory counts
• Comply with company policies and procedures, ensuring data security
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience beneficial
