Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Stock and organize shelves, maintain product displays, and handle customer purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
