Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork in alignment with ALDI's mission.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and working collaboratively with team members.
• Communicate effectively with store management and offer feedback on product issues and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures and maintain document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Proficient in cashier operations and equipment handling.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
