Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to ALDI's values and standards
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document security
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18
• Customer service and cash register experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain store cleanliness
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work independently and collaboratively
• High school diploma or equivalent
