Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is clean, well-stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
