Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to uphold our high standards.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products and store operations
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Skilled in operating a cash register and store equipment
• High attention to detail and ability to follow company policies
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
