We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI location. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Position Details

• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring document security.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Knowledge of general cleaning standards and company policies.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Capable of multitasking, following instructions, and maintaining organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an asset.
