Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and supporting the overall operations.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professional skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Contribute feedback on products and store operations

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
