Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure well-stocked shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to store operations.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
• Capability to interpret and apply company guidelines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a bonus.
