Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a vital part of the team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and issues for improvement
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and comply with company procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
