Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Store Team Member! In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with your team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Core Competencies
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and contribute to a safe and secure store environment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficiency in customer service and operating a cash register
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred
