Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dedicated team at ALDI. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with your team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience at ALDI.

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and general store equipment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
