Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Collaboration and exceptional customer service are key components of this position.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory, and report any issues to management.
• Follow cash handling procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and related equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
