Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi and contribute to providing an excellent shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
