Store Team Member

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at ALDI. As a key part of our operation, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including stock management, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, uphold security measures, and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
