Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and delivers exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ALDI team and demonstrate the required competencies for the role.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and handle merchandise.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
