Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document security
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Able to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
