Job Description

As a Store Team Member at ALDI, your role involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Comply with all company policies while ensuring data confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Capable of operating store equipment and maintaining cleanliness
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
