Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and general store upkeep.

Position Type:

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and contribute to store operations.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
