Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
