Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position offering 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $19.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and displays with merchandise.
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation skills.
• Experience in retail environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
