Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Team Member where you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will ensure exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient cash handling skills
• Operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
