Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving and managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Contribute to process improvement.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt positively, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
