1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. This role offers up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating with peers and leadership to improve processes. You will also be required to follow safety guidelines, operate equipment, and communicate effectively regarding product quality and safety concerns.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean warehouse and participate in inventory counts.
• Interact and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
