1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Entry Level positions with 1st shift schedules. As a member of our warehouse team at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report any concerns to management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
