Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive wages starting at up to $24.00 per hour, based on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Educational requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
