1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position, with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour. The shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning, inventory counts, and collaborate effectively with the warehouse team.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
