1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's team. As a Full-Time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on the shift schedule. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM. ALDI offers various schedule options to suit your availability, including rotational weekend schedules.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide suggestions for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment and follow safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and operate equipment safely.
