1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi. With a starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, you will be responsible for tasks such as selecting and receiving incoming stock, loading merchandise, performing general cleaning duties, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality and safety.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Adapt positively to challenges and change.
• Operate efficiently to support overall warehouse productivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
