1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This role involves selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment, follow instructions meticulously, and possess good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and relocate incoming stock efficiently.
• Sort and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership effectively.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Execute all tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow company policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
