1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $25.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As part of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals. The ideal candidate must be 18 years or older, demonstrate positive attitude, strong work ethic, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Frequently move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
