Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising daily store activities, improving operational results, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $24.00 per hour with an average of 38 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
- Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for the team to achieve desired results.
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
- Communicate and model the core values of the organization to create a sense of teamwork among employees.
- Ensure compliance with inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies.
- Maintain store cleanliness standards and proper stock levels.
- Supervise day-to-day operations, escalating issues when necessary.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
