Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your exceptional customer service skills and collaborative approach will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring data security
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Capability to interpret and apply company policies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
