Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. Your collaboration within the team and commitment to exceptional customer service will contribute to the success of our store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and provide feedback to the management team.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies, ensure security of documents and data.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
