Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a clean and organized environment, provides exceptional customer service, and contributes to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
