Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service, merchandising, and stock management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management processes and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and follow instructions efficiently.
