Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join Aldi's team. As an Assistant Retail Supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring a high level of customer service. With a focus on teamwork and leadership, you will be responsible for implementing action plans to drive operational excellence and support the overall performance of the store.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Manage inventory levels and product merchandising for maximum sales impact.
• Supervise daily operations and address customer concerns effectively.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail management experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in a retail setting.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
