Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the store, including merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and stock shelves efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support team collaboration.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues to management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, uphold document security, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Skills in general cleaning, communication, organization, and multitasking.
• High School Diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
