Job Description

We are seeking a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a vital member of the store operations, you will be responsible for various tasks including customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and ensure shelves are neatly organized.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
