Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will handle merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and store upkeep to ensure a delightful shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a neat and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to uphold store security.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and maintain data confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in providing courteous customer service and operating a cash register.
- Able to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience equivalent is acceptable.
