Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service, efficient cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your collaboration with team members and contribution to store operations will be crucial in ensuring our store's success.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills to meet role expectations.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies, maintain document security, and perform assigned duties.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience beneficial.
