Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. In this role, you'll be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
