Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Take part in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to reduce losses and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment properly.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
